有句俗话说得挺好，说“姜是老的辣， 酒是陈的香”。丰富的工作经验是一笔十分宝贵的财富。在我看来，它同样也是一个人工作能力的重要体现。XX年我毕业后被分配到山东省济南无线电厂工作，先 后担任工厂出纳、材料会计、成本会计、综合(主管)会计;XX年调入新华印刷厂，XX年调厂财务科，干过出纳，电算会计及报表(主管会计)及厂三产部门文 建印刷厂青年服务部主管会计，碧海蓝天贸易公司主管会计。在这二十年的工作中，我有十几年是在与财务打交道，这使我积累了丰富的工作经验和资源，无论是实 际工作，还是组织管理，都能够做到游刃有余。
二、我凭什么参加此次竞聘，我的优势在哪里?

1、财务工作经验丰富，具有很强的应对及处理各种问题的能力。
工 作xx年来，我所从事的工作基本上都是企业财务工作。作为一名在企业财务战线上工作了多年的财务工作者，我对企业财务工作已经是非常熟悉，不管是一般 纳税人工业企业会计核算，还是小规模纳税人商业企业会计核算，等等，我都能够做到得心应手，碰到比较难处理的问题我也都能够凭借自己扎实的专业知识和女性 所特有的耐心、细心等特点，使问题得到有效解决。
2、具有较强的内外部沟通和协调能力。
作为一名部门领导人，必须具有很 强的沟通和协调的能力，只有这样才能充分调动部门员工的积极性，最大效率地整合企业的各项资源，从而为企业的发展创造最为优越的环境。由于工作关系，最近 几年我负责跑银行和税务部门，跑外的工作比较多，这就使我形成了一个较好的社会各界关系网。以往的工作中，我本着以心交心，以心换心，真诚对待每一个朋 友，使我与银行、税务等部门的关系处得比较好，并且与它们的工作人员也建立了很深的个人友谊。在厂内部，我以身作则，随和坦诚，与人为善，与上级和同事之 间的沟通交流还是比较到位的，工作也是比较愉快的。

1、发挥自身优势，为企业争取更多的发展资金
首先我要针对目前工厂资金紧缺，仅能应付日常开支的严峻情况，利用自己这些年来工作中形成的良好的关系渠道，借人民银行及各大商业银行扩大对中小型企业优惠贷款这一有利时机，充分调动各方面的关系，千方百计使企业获得银行的贷款，为企业的发展提供资金上的保障。
2、强化财务管理，提高资金使用效益。
我 将在厂领导的正确领导下，完善各项管理制度，制定行之有效的规范化管理实施方案。通过健全、完善岗位目标责任制和质量考核监督机制，严格业务操作程序，强 化财务监督检查手段，以及对各项费用严格按定额计划控制，对成本升降情况进行详细分析，把资金用对、用准，提高资金使用效益，保证我厂的经济效益最大化。
3、做好会计核算，防止各种违纪违规现象的发生。
我 认为，要加强财务收支计划控制与分析，一是要准确及时审核收支情况，及时对财务数据进行分析，为领导正确决策提供可靠依据。二是要严格按照责权发生制原则 审核有关报表。三是要建立统一的会计核算制度。鉴于我厂的部门比较多，财务相对复杂一些，只有建立起一套完整、统一的会计制度，才能在我厂内部上下之间进 行有效的信息沟通，以进一步实现厂里对财务的集中控制，防止各种违纪违规现象的发生。
4、把强化成本意识，加强成本管理。
成 本核算是财务核算的一个重要组成部分，目前我厂成本核算还是二十几前的老办法，比较笼统和粗糙，随着市场经济的发展，已经落伍了。为此，我将把成本意识摆 在首位，牢固树立降低成本是提高经济效益的根本途径的思想，在强化职工安全、生产、提高产品质量的同时，加强管理者、生产者的成本意识，树立与市场经济相 适应的成本观念;通过设立主要材料节约奖，鼓励工人采取有效措施，大幅度降低原材料消耗。同时做好税收筹划工作，做到合理避税，提高企业效益。
5、做好对外协调，创建和谐发展环境。
财务处是厂经济执法部门,处理好内部管理与外部尤其是与税务部门的关系至关重要。为此，我将利用自己在以往工作中形成的关系网络加强与银行、税务部门的沟通与交流;同时也做好与各车间和科室的工作人员的沟通与交流，为我厂创造一个和谐的内外部环境。
6、以科技为先导，加强财会电算化建设。
财 会电算化已经成为了当今财会工作的发展方向。所以我认为，在这方面，不仅要投入资金进行建设，更重要的是，要区别于传统的财会制度，根据电算化的特点建立 一整套适应电算化工作需要的工作流程和管理制度，使会计人员从繁重的手工劳动中解放出来，以切实提高工作效率和工作水平。
7、以人为本，加强队伍建设。
会 计人员的素质包括职业道德和知识技术素质，不仅要有过硬的专业技能，更应该有良好的职业道德。我将以品德、责任、业务技术三方面的结合为加强队伍建设的根 本内容，采取走出去和互帮互学等多种方式，最终提高会计人员的整体素质。同时，要加强团结，弘扬团队精神，努力把我们财务处建成一个团结、务实、高效、廉 洁、政治强、业务精、作风硬的团队，以适应我厂不断发展的需要。

I am a third year master major in automation at University, P. R. China. With tremendous interest in Industrial Engineering, I am writing to apply for acceptance into your Ph.D. graduate program.
Education background
In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester, and my overall GPA(89.5/100) ranked No.1 among 113 students. In 1999, I got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test. I selected the Shanghai Jiao Tong University to continue my study for its best reputation on Combinatorial Optimization and Network Scheduling where my research interest lies.
At the period of my graduate study, my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5% in the department. In the second semester, I became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only. This year, I won the Acer Scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department, which is the ultimate accolade for distinguished students endowed by my university. Presently, I am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of Excellent Graduation Thesis.
Research experience and academic activity
When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. In 1997, I participated in simulation tool development for the scheduling system in Prof. Wang’s lab. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. In 1998, I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.
In 1999, I joined the distinguished Professor Yu-Geng Xis research group aiming at Network flow problem solving and Heuristic algorithm research. Soon I was engaged in the FuDan Gene Database Design. My duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format.
Through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms, I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- Multi-population Genetic Algorithm. By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations, this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments, too. In the second semester, I joined the workshop-scheduling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant.
The scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost, I proposed a Dynamic Layered Scheduling method based on hybrid Petri Nets. The practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale. I also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea.
Recently, I am doing research in the Composite Predict of the Electrical Power system assisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel. I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite Predictive Problem. This project is now under construction.
Besides, In July 20xx, I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference (ASCC) which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation. In my senior year, I met Prof. , a visiting professor of mathematics from University of California-Riverside, I learned graph theory from him for my network research. These experiences all rapidly expanded my knowledge of English and the understanding of western culture.
I hope to study in depth
In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.

In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China's best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. In 1997, I participated in simulation tool development for the scheduling system in Prof. Wang's lab. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. In 1998, I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.
In 1999, I joined the distinguished Professor Yu-Geng Xis research group aiming at Network flow problem solving and Heuristic algorithm research. Soon I was engaged in the FuDan Gene Database Design. My duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format. Through the
comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms, I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- Multi-population Genetic Algorithm. By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations, this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary
orientations. It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments, too. In the second semester, I joined the workshop-scheduling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant. The scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost, I proposed a Dynamic Layered Scheduling method based on hybrid Petri Nets. The practical application showed that the
he Electrical Power system assisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel. I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite Predictive Problem. This project is now under construction.
Besides, In July 20xx, I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference (ASCC) which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation. 저는 집안의 장남로 성장하여서 대부분의 사람들은 제 성격을 장남들이 가지는 책임감과 활동적 성격을 가졌다고 생각할 수 있으나 어릴 때부터 장남답지 않게 부드러운 성격과 다소 내성적인 성격도 있었으나 제가 맡은 일은 열정을 가지고 완수해 내는 성격을 가지고 있습니다.
그래서인지 몰라도 저는 주위 사람들로부터 활달하고 적극적이며 남들과 신뢰하는 인간관계를 중요시 생각하는 사람이라는 말을 자주 듣는 편입니다.

在此期间，我对时事政治以及党的政策也保持高度关注。*年年底，南方部分地区严重低温雨雪冰冻灾害，全国人民万众一心，共同抵抗自然灾害，让我知道这个民族的凝聚力有多么强大。5月12日的汶川大地震，再一次考验着中华儿女，灾难给了我么创伤，但是也磨砺了我们的意志，其中涌现出无数的救人英雄，其中很多党员都做出了表率的作用，他们的先进事迹更驱使我想要加入中国共产党，用实际行动给我指明了方向。8月8日北京奥运会的完美召开，再次让世界瞩目，在世界面前树立中国文明开放团结的现代化国际化形象，我深深感受到了祖国的强大,人民的团结。10月15日召开的xx大再次强调高举中国特色社会主义伟大旗帜，以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，深入贯彻落实科学发展观，继续解放思想，坚持改革开放，推动科学发展，促进社会和谐，为夺取全面建设小康社会新胜利而奋斗。在整个高中阶段，我的成绩一直比较优秀，在学业上，我是班级学习小组的组长和化学课代表，成绩稳居班上前十名;在学习之外，我兴趣广泛，喜欢各项运动，尤其是篮球，并且代表班级参加过篮球比赛，至今仍然被同学津津乐道。高中一年级，我参与班级参加合唱比赛，获得了优秀奖的成绩。在高中阶段，连续三年被评为“三好学生”。
*年高考时，由于发挥失常，导致成绩不是很乐观，没有实现心中理想的蓝色校园梦，也许是天欲将降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志吧。我没有放弃，也从未想过放弃，我毅然放弃了一个很不错学校的录取通知书，果断的复习了一年。20xx年再次参加高考，虽然成绩依旧不理想，但是此时的我已经不在那么急躁与失落，因为我认识到高考只是一个人生阶段，不能因为这个的失败就放弃自我，后面还有更精彩的世界等着自己。
在一个有着深厚的文化底蕴的大学里，在自强不息，俟实扬华的校训教导之下，我对共产党又有了一个全面和深刻的了解。在大学的三年学习和生活中，我勤勤恳恳，努力学好各门功课。通过学习《中国共产党章程》、《邓小平理论》等诸多有关党的理论知识，增进了我对党的认识，拉近了我和党的距离。此时我对党的认识逐渐清晰，这样一个以马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想和邓小平理论作为自己行动指南的政党，领导人民通往人类最美好的社会——共产主义，于是我对党组织更加向往，并于x年xx月向党组织郑重地递交了入党申请书。同时我也知道，我对党的认识仍较肤浅，需要不断学习与锻炼来提高自己。党组织考验我，帮助教育我，并送我参加党课培训班学习，通过学习，我懂得了邓小平理论是当代中国的马克思主义，是马克思主义在中国发展的新阶段，是我们党的指导思想。懂得我国正处于社会主义初级阶段，在国际上还比较落后，但是落后决不是社会主义，更不是共产主义，必须大力发展生产力。懂得我们的政治路线是以社会主义现代化建设为重点，坚持发展生产力，坚持改革、开放政策，加强党风和廉政建设，坚持党的领导和社会主义道路。通过学习，我对党的性质、指导思想、纲领、路线都有了较深刻的了解;我们的党是：工人阶级的先锋队，是具有铁的纪律的政党，它的宗旨是全心全意为人民服务，这样的政党，前途一定是光明的。只有中国共产党，才能救中国，才能发展中国，才能振兴中华。党的事业是全人类最伟大的事业，它要求有最优秀的人才加入并投身到社会主义建设中来。因此，我对党的前途更加充满信心，更加坚定了我加人中国共产党的信念和为之奋斗终身的决心，我的思想比以前更加成熟了，对党的认识也有了较大的飞跃。我不仅在学习上刻苦努力，而且积极参加党，、团组织开展的各项活动，主动靠拢党组织，定期写书面思想汇报，争取党组织对我的帮助。在这几年中，我确实学到了许多东西，也取得了很大进步。由于领导的帮助和自身的努力，x年xx月，我被学校评为“优秀学生干部”光荣称号。
作为一名时代青年，一名入党积极分子，一名即将跨入党组织大门的我，对两会的内容和精神表示坚决支持和拥护;对两会提出的奋斗目标感到欢欣鼓舞。我将会更加认真两会精神，并以此为指导，加强思想建设，牢记党的性质、宗旨和使命，以自己的模范行动时刻保持党的先进性，忠诚党的事业，不断加强政治修养，努力学习，勤奋工作，和全党全国人民一起，为全面建设小康社会，实现共产主义美好明天而努力奋斗! 我们党从成立以来，经历了两个重大变化，即从夺取政权到掌握政权并长期执政，从在受到外部封锁条件下实行高度集中的计划经济体制到在对外开放条件下实行社会主义市场经济体制。党的地位、执政环境和执政条件的变化要求我们党必须与时俱进，这样才能适应时代发展的要求，始终走在时代前列。这同样要求我们的广大党员和入党积极分子的思想也应该随着时代的变化与时俱进。我们党历来重视随着环境和条件的变化而提出对于党的领导和党的建设的新要求，这体现了与时俱进的精神。第一个重大变化是以毛泽东同志为核心的党的第一代中央领导集体带领全党和全国各族人民胜利完成的。在这个重大变化即将发生的重大历史转折关头，毛泽东同志在党的七届二中全会上提出了党的工作重心必须由乡村转移到城市;必须迅速地恢复和发展生产。第二个重大变化是以邓小平同志为核心的党的第二代中央领导集体带领全党和全国各族人民胜利完成的。党的十一届三中全会作出了党的工作重心由抓阶级斗争到进行社会主义经济建设为中心，实行改革开放的战略决策。十二大提出了建设有中国特色社会主义的目标;十三大确立了“一个中心、两个基本点”的党在社会主义初级阶段的基本路线;十四大提出了建立社会主义市场经济体制的经济体制改革目标。我们党在实践中进行理论创新，形成了邓小平理论，通过理论创新推动制度创新、科技创新、文化创新以及其他各方面的创新，使我国的社会生产力、综合国力和人民生活水平显著提高，社会主义现代化建设取得举世瞩目的成就。
我渴望成为一名光荣的中国共产党党员，是因为中国共产党是中国工人阶级的先锋队，同时是中国人民和中华民族的先锋队，是中国特色社会主义事业的领导核心，代表中国先进生产力的发展要求，代表中国先进文化的前进方向，代表中国最广大人民的根本利益。党的最高理想和最终目标是实现共产主义。我深深地懂得共产党员意味着拼搏，奋斗甚至意味着牺牲，我入党只是为了更直接地接受党的领导，为共产主义事业奋斗终身!理想是远大的，但还要从实处入手，我会从现在开始以实际行动开始努力，以一个党员的标准，严格要求自己，尽量缩小与党员标准之间的差距，如果我被党组织吸收，我会更加坚定共产主义理想信念，遵守党的章程。以合格党员的标准时刻要求自己，按时交纳党费积极发挥党员的先锋模范作用。自觉接受党的教导，按照“三个代表”的要求贯彻落实党的路线、方针和政策，不断把建设有中国特色的社会主义事业推向前进。
长期以来，我都始终贯穿着自己是入党积极分子的思想。在集体活动中，我都积极参与，和大家积极配合完成集体任务。在担任 学生 会干部期间，认真履行自己的职责，对学科部事务注入了很大的热情，而且坚持锻炼自己做好 学生 会工作，学好专业课程两方面的能力。从党基班结业我怀着激动的心情向党组织递交了入党申请书 ，表明自己的理想和愿望，我愿意加入中国共产党，为共产主义事业奋斗终身。随后我又参加了党校的学习，由于我学习刻苦，被学院分党校评为优秀学员。作为一名入党积极分子，我在申请期间，定期向党组织汇报自己的思想，所有这些行动对提高自己的思想认识起着重要的作用。我明白以实际行动争取入党，必须持之以恒，从申请入党的那天起，就应该以正确的态度和真诚的努力争取早日成为一名名副其实的共产党员。
