20xx年9月，我担任了二年级班主任兼语文教学，三、四、五、六年级英语教学及学校少先队工作。虽然工作多，任务重，但是我从不松懈，我相信：常常做，不怕千万事，一点一滴做起来，工作就会上路。我理清思路开始工作。语文教学，是我的专业，也曾有三年的教学经验，轻车熟路，也就多了一分教学自信。针对低年级学生的年龄及认知特点，我仍不敢有丝毫的怠慢，认认真真落实备、教、改、辅、评等常规工作。
