大学的我们渴望收获才华，学富五车。我们渴望搏击信息大潮，收获才能，引领IT走向。胡适先生说过：“学问是铸器的工具，放弃了学问，便摧毁了自己。”然而，我们校园中出现有背于学校主流文化的现象，却不由得让我们重新进行了思考。我们的学生是否还怀有拼搏、收获的心，对待生活。
在课堂上沉浸在电脑世界、手机世界里的同学们，我们是否想过我们每天收获了什么?
在校园的幽僻处，总有几个‘人约黄昏后’，动情处他们竟会旁若无人。我们那样就不觉得惭愧吗?
此外，在宿舍里的‘腾云驾雾’，‘快活似神仙’，考场中的照抄作弊，熄灯后的大呼小叫。作为中跨世纪新一代青年就是我们这样吗?
我们可知道这样做对自己、对同学、对学校有多大的影响。断送了自己的学业，剥夺了同学学习的机会，影响了学校的学风建设。现在的社会是一个竞争的社会，没有过硬的本领，没有丰富的知识，是无法在社会上立足的。
生活腐化，追求时尚，崇尚名牌。玩物丧志，沉溺于网络世界。理性侏儒，缺乏判断能力和审美能力。学术精神的失落，道德低下，行为放荡，缺乏信仰，缺乏毅力，缺乏进去精神和承受力。如果您是老板，您会选择我们这样的员工吗?
同学们，看看吧!看看李开复教我们怎样度过大学四年。他说到：大学四年是人生中最关键的阶段。从入学的`第一天起，你就应当对大学四年有个正确的认识和规划。

these images shown above probably are what people think of programmers as, in fact, programmers indeed give us a bad impression sometimes. however, people just have a partial understanding of programmers’ life, not to mention that they can know the fun of programming. there is no doubt that programs affect all aspects of our lives in an obvious or potential way, especially they are reflected in electronic products that we use nowadays.
when you are so proud of possessing an iphone, you’d better remember that it is the program that makes you get confidence to show off the advanced mobile phones thoroughly.
when you take advantage of computers to cope with problems in life, you’d better remember that it is the program that makes you seek the convenience of computer.
when you needn’t worry about hot summer and cold winter owing to an air-conditioner, you’d better remember that it is the program that makes you share the machine’s intelligent.
when you release your pressure by playing varies of online games, you’d better remember that it is the program that makes you enjoy the great entertainment in life.
as people’s thoughts control their bodies, computer programs play a leading role in the modern times. both social progress and human evolution depend on the computer programs. in the practical application, a software consists of different programs and then combines with hardware to develop into a high-tech electronic product. there are many kinds of electronic products found everywhere in our daily life. nearly all the time do we make use of these products to conduct our passion.
dear classmates,
every one of us, rich or poor, should at least have one or two good friends. my friends will listen to me when i want to speak, will wipe my eyes when i cry, will take care of me when i am sick, and my friends will go together with me side by side through this journey of life.
as students, we could share more time with our friends. the friendship in our young hearts is pure, fresh and simple. i often feel very lucky to have a lot of good friends. especially when i had justin as one of my best friends. justin was my english teacher from the usa. i met him in 1996 when i was a student who could only speak very little english. justin was a vivid young man with a bright smile on his face, and he always had his special way to make the class active and attractive. he taught us english by telling stories, playing games, singing songs, and even dancing. i could still remember very clearly that one afternoon when we fin-ished our class, we went to some other classes to sing songs for them, just like what people do in the states on christmas eve. it was so interesting and unforgettable. justin was an excellent teacher, because he taught us not only how to study english well, but also the way to find out the beauty of the world and the way to be angels to others' lives. i know there was friendship and pure love in our hearts. facing this valuable emotion neither nationality nor age was important, the real importance lay in faith, under-standing, and care. justin is the best friend i have ever had, and i know i will cherish those days of staying together with him as the best part of my memory.
friendship is a kind of treasure in our lives. it is actually like a bottle of wine, the longer it is kept, the sweeter it will be. it is also like a cup of tea. when we are thirsty, it will be our best choice, but when we have enough time to enjoy ourselves, it is also the most fragrant drink.
however, in this fast-developing modern society, the reality is not that. more and more people forget to enjoy the beauty of life and -the beauty of friendship. they work hard in order to gain a higher position, in the society and to earn more money for their work. of course, we don't deny that it is important to find a bet-ter place in our lives, but we wish more and more people could pay a little more attention to themselves and their friends. all of us have to spare some time for personal lives. we have to find the chance to express our emotion and love. when staying with our friends, we can release ourselves completely. we can do whatever we want, we can laugh together, talk together, and even cry to-gether. i should say that being together with our best friends is the most wonderful moment of our lives.
as we know, we would feel lonely if we didn't even have a friend. but it doesn't mean we could depend on our friends all the time. there is a famous motto saying that “a friend is like a quilt with cotton wadding, but the real thing that keeps you warm is your own temperature.” it is really true. we have to work hard together with our friends, encourage each other and help each other. when we receive love and friendship, we should repay as much as we can.
finally, let's pray together now that one day, all of us could find the person we want to find, and could enjoy a real beautiful friendship in our lives. let's pray the flower of friendship be-tween our friends and us would always bloom brightly in our hearts.

首先，我先说一下我选择加入环保社的原因吧。目前就我国的目前形势来说，大学生环保社团在我国环境保护事业中发挥着重要作用。一方面，环保社通过开展各种形式的环保宣传和社会实践活动，增强了大学生的环保意识，提高了大学生的环保技能，培养了大学生的环保素质。另一方面，环保社很好地带动同学们关注环境保护，树立绿色文明意识和可持续发展意识。
下面我说一下加入我们社团的感受吧。这一学期来我对我们的环保协会真心的感到高兴和欣慰。首先，我们环保协会是由我们一群热爱大自然，热爱环保的大学生自发而起的一个公益性组织，力在保护大自然母亲，普及和提高和提高更多的人群的环保意识，在这里我学习到了关于保护环境的有关知识，让我更加明白了环保的重要性;另外，各位学长学姐对我们各位新生也特别的关心，在这里让我们感到了家的温暖。

i have a dream
i am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for freedom in the history of our nation.
five score years ago, a great american, in whose symbolic shadow we stand today, signed the emancipation proclamation. this momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of negro slaves who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice. it came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of their captivity.
but one hundred years later, the negro still is not free. one hundred years later, the life of the negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. one hundred years later, the negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. one hundred years later, the negro is still languished in the corners of american society and finds himself an exile in his own land. and so we've come here today to dramatize a shameful condition.
in a sense we've come to our nation's capital to cash a check. when the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the constitution and the declaration of independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every american was to fall heir. this note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the "unalienable rights" of "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." it is obvious today that america has defaulted on this promissory note, insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. instead of honoring this sacred obligation, america has given the negro people a bad check, a check which has come back marked "insufficient funds."
but we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. we refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. and so, we've come to cash this check, a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.
we have also come to this hallowed spot to remind america of the fierce urgency of now. this is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. now is the time to make real the promises of democracy. now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. now is the time to make justice a reality for all of god's children.
it would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment. this sweltering summer of the negro's legitimate discontent will not pauntil there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning. and those who hope that the negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to busineas usual. and there will be neither rest nor tranquility in america until the negro is granted his citizenship rights. the whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.
but there is something that i must say to my people, who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice: in the proceof gaining our rightful place, we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterneand hatred. we must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. we must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. again and again, we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force.
the marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the negro community must not lead us to a distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny. and they have come to realize that their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.
we cannot walk alone.
and as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall always march ahead.
we cannot turn back.
there are those who are asking the devotees of civil rights, "when will you be satisfied?" we can never be satisfied as long as the negro is the victim of the unspeakable horrors of police brutality. we can never be satisfied as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities. we cannot be satisfied as long as a negro in mississippi cannot vote and a negro in new york believes he has nothing for which to vote. no, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until "justice rolls down like waters, and righteousnelike a mighty stream.
my definition of success
today i am very glad to be here to share with you my ideas of success. what is success? it is what everyone is longing times success would be rather simple. winning a game is success; getting a high grade in the exam is success; making a new friend is success; even now i am
standing here giving my speech is somehow also success.

people’ hopes and ideals.
different people have different ideas about success; cause people’s hopes and ideas vary from one another. but i am sure every success is dear to everybody, cause it is not easy to come by, cause in the process of our striving for success, we got both our body and soul tempted, meanwhile we are enlightened by the most valuable qualities of human beings: love, patient, courage and sense of responsibility. these are the best treasures. so now i am very proud that i have this opportunity to stand here speaking to all of you. it is my success, cause i raise up to challenge my hope.

when i was ten, i was suddenly confronted with the anguish of transferring to other school. i had to left my friends i had ever known. as a kid,i feel lonely when i study in a new environment without a person i had known. nobody i could talk,nobody could know when i feel lonely. the time when i couldn't sleep, i'll always miss them, then the tears filled my eyes.
later, i became familar with the environment ,and made some friends ,which became my best friends then. they talked with me when i felt lonely, they helped me when i needed, they took care of me when i was sick. even through we were part, we still keep in touch with each other.
in our whole lives,we'll meet too much people but only a few can be our best friends. when staying with them,we can release ourself completely. we can do whatever we want, we can laugh together, talk together, and even cry together. i should say that being together with our best friends is the most wonderful moment of our lives.

recently, ther is a heated debate in our society. the college students are the beneficiaries of a rare privilege, who receive exceptional education at extraordinary places. but will we be able to face the challenge and support ourselves against all odds? will we be able to better the lives of others? will we be able to accept the responsibility of building the future of our country?
the cynics say the college students are the pampered lost generation, which would cringe at the slightest discomfort. but the cynics are wrong. the college students i see are eagerly learning about how to live independently. we help each other clean the dormitory, go shopping and bargain together, and take part time jobs to supplement our pocket money.
the cynics say we care for nothing other than grades; and we neglect the need for character cultivation. but again, the cynics are wrong. we care deeply for each other, we cherish freedom, we treasure justice, and we seek truth. last week, thousands of my fellow students had their blood type tested in order to make a contribution for the children who suffer from blood cancer.
as college students, we are adolescents at the critical turning point in our lives. we all face a fundamental choice: cynicism or faith, each will profoundly impact our future, or even the future of our country. i believe in all my fellow classmates. though we are still inexperienced and even a little bit childish. i believe that we have the courage and faith to meet any challenge and take on our responsibilities. we are preparing to assume new responsibilities and tasks, and to use the education we have received to make our world a better place. i believein our future.

我是~~~区第一小学的~~~。我演讲的题目是<水，无可替代的资源!>。上台之前，辅导员老师担心我紧张，递上这一瓶水。喝上一口，我干渴的喉咙顿时得到了润滑。我相信，您能在30秒钟内说出水的十几种用途。洗手，洗脸，洗脚，洗头，解渴，养小鱼，浇花……
是啊，水，是如此重要!
水是生命之源。哪里有水，哪里就有生命。水分约占到人体体重的65%。一个人如果缺水5%，就会出现意识不清，甚至幻视;没有食物，人最多可以活两个月，如果没有水，顶多能活一周左右。水是庄稼的命根子。用手抓一把植物，你会感到湿漉漉的，凉丝丝的，这是水的缘故。水是工业的血液。制造1吨钢，大约需用25吨水。制造1吨纸需用450吨水。食品加工离不了水，酱油、醋、啤酒等，干脆就是水的化身。有水走遍天下，无水难成美景。水路运输便宜，运输量大，平稳，还是不会被炸断的运输线。你看，钱塘江大潮、珠穆朗玛雪峰、黄山的云海、哈尔滨的冰灯，哪一个不是水的换景变形?游泳、跳水、冲浪这些人们最乐意的活动，哪一个离得开水?
可是在一些缺水地区，能让孩子喝上一口净水、洗个澡，是众多母亲的奢望。一个老农用一根粗粗的绳子把一个七八岁大的孩子滑到深深的井底，为的只是一瓢一瓢舀上半桶略带泥沙的饮用水。农户在锅里烧开水的时候，锅的一圈竟然是泛白的碱性沉淀物。再看我们身边：哗哗的流水，为的是洗一块毛巾!烈日炎炎的夏天，当你舒舒服服地冲着凉水澡时，你所用的水是缺水地区几十人的一天的用水量;当你冲洗马桶时，一次的用水量当于发展中国家人均日用水量;当粗心的你没有拧紧水龙头，它一个晚上流失的水，相当于非洲缺水地区一个村庄的居民一天饮用水量……
同学们，没有电灯，我们可以点蜡烛;没有蜡烛，我们可以点油灯;没有油灯，我们可以点火把;连火把也没有，我们只好静静地等待黑夜过去，黎明的到来。而没有水，我们无法洗脸、刷牙，无法解渴，餐桌上没有了鱼虾，看不到花草树木，不知道什么叫游泳，船舰全部报废，高楼无法建，连小娃娃的哭也没有了眼泪啊!
在建设的进程中，我们也许还不能理解“和谐”的深刻内涵，但我们相信当我们关掉哗哗流淌的水龙头，这就是和谐;当我们洗完手之后，关紧水阀，这就是和谐;当我们循环使用水，就是和谐。

20xx年x月x日，华康小学会议室坐满了全体教师， “师德在我心”演讲比赛在这里隆重举行。

成功之处：
一、准备工作做得很充分,使比赛进行得非常顺利。首先各科组进行初赛，推荐代表，再参加全校的决赛。
二、演讲稿内容充实，大多数符合比赛要求，教师的演讲各具特色，话语朴实，事迹感人，深深吸引了在座的全体老师。
三、参赛教师在工作繁忙的情况下，他们挤时间，写稿、背稿，精心准备，对这次比赛给予了高度的重视。
四、比赛严格按照各项程序进行，体现了“公平、公正、公开”的原则。由党支部和工会策划、组织，会前布置、指导，写，并工会主席担任主持人。
五、经过紧张激烈的角逐，教师们较好的展现出了个人的风采，比赛过程中台上台下一样的热情洋溢，这充分反映了我校教师良好的精神风貌。
不足之处：
这次活动准备时间不长，个别参赛选手演讲稿准备仓促，临阵磨枪，不能完全脱稿。

在此后的八年，日本侵略者在神州大地上燃起了片片战火，使饱经沧桑的中华民族再次伤痕累累。日本军侵占中国后，到处杀人、放火、劫财，无恶不作，犯下不滔天罪行。中华民族受尽了折磨、受尽了屈辱，日本侵略者的铁蹄踏碎了多少中华儿女的梦想，使多少家庭因此妻离子散，流离失所;又有多少中华儿女为了国家、为了民族的尊严献出了自己年轻的生命!日本为了占领中国，曾付出沉重的代价来轰炸武当山和山东一带，这是因为日本想彻底摧毁中国文化，这一想法被毛泽东看了出来，他说到：“幼稚的举动，中国文化是你小日本摧毁的了的吗?”自古以来，中华民族就是一个不屈不饶的民族，是一个善于与命运抗争的民族。面对灭国灭家、灭种灭族的危险，我们团结一心，众志成城。杨勇、朱程、马海德……多少可悲可叹伤心事，多少可歌可泣的英雄事。

我是XX年级学生。今天，我演讲的题目是：《梦想点亮人生》。我一直喜欢一首诗，它是美国作家兰斯顿。休斯的《梦》：紧紧抱着梦想|要是梦死亡|生活就是断翅的鸟儿|再也不能飞翔。紧紧抱着梦想|要是梦想离开生活|就是荒芜的土地被冰雪覆盖。每当我读起这首诗，我就会热血沸腾，全身充满奋发向上的力量。
俄国作家列夫托尔斯泰曾经说过:“梦想是指路明灯,没有梦想就没有固定的方向,而没有方向就没有生活”。你们知道什么是梦想吗?梦想就是我们未来的梦，梦想是人生的奋斗目标，梦想是努力拼搏的人生方向，梦想是催人奋发的前进动力。
去年，我有幸参加了第三届“叶圣陶杯”，全国中小学生听说读写的决赛。当踏入北京的时候，眼前的一切使我的心情无比激动。当我们坐着公共汽车缓缓驶入北大校门时，我身上所有的细胞都开始沸腾了。顿时我觉得心目中的梦想之花将要在这里开放，这不就是我要追求的目标吗?看着这雄伟的教学大楼，美丽的校园风景，充满浓郁的学术氛围，我心潮澎湃。我要上北大，我要成为这所最高学府的一名学生，我要在这里求学，在这里充实自己，发展自己，为自己的人生奠定坚实的基石，这就是我现在的梦想。
现在，我的家乡正在发生着翻天覆地的变化，六城同创加快了家乡的发展速度，洪洞成了蓝天碧水的美丽城市。心中的梦想实现了，我就能报答家乡人民，为建设自己的家乡出力出汗，我就能报效自己的祖国，为建设自己的祖国添砖加瓦。

大家早上好!今天很荣幸能代表单位站在这里演讲。我演讲的主题是《我们积极行动，一起来推普》。
歌是美的，因为歌里有动听的音符;画是美的，因为画里有鲜艳的色彩;普通话更是美的，因为它陶冶了我的情操，使我收获了成功的喜悦。
语言是一个民族的声音。从大处讲，推广普通话，说好普通话，是我们祖国屹立世界民族之林的需要;从小处说，它是不同地域，不同文化背景的人与人沟通与交流的需要。普通话是我们国家统一的语言，每一个中国人都应该说好它。我们不但要告诉来自各地的同志，这里有世界上丰富的能源，而且还要告诉他们，在这里，您处处都能听到世界上最美的语言——标准的普通话!
在我们身边，那些因为南腔北调，语言障碍所造成的麻烦与笑话还会少吗?如果，你到外地去，大家对你说的都是方言，你一句也听不懂，这时，普通话就该挺身而出了，用它来解决沟通上的问题是再好不过的了。如果，你到外地去，大家对你说的都是方言，你一句也听不懂，这时，普通话就该挺身而出了，用它来解决沟通上的问题是再好不过的了。
普通话，看似很平凡，可其中的作用却是很大的，它可称之为人与人之间的信息桥梁，如果我们大家都学普通话，用普通话与大家交流，彼此间建立了深厚的友谊，那么普通话就是我们友谊的桥梁。
记得有个叔叔是南方人，标准的北方身材，但是话一出口，却令人大跌眼镜。比如，天冷了，他本来想叫人出入关门，却说成“粗鲁关门”，结果，惹得大家笑了个人仰马翻。像这类因语言障碍而影响交际的事儿，在我国各地时有发生。有这样一个笑话，一位北方顾客来到广州一家“北方饭店”，问服务员有没有“包子”，服务员转身拿来报纸，问有没有“大肥鸡”，服务员却热情地说“搭飞机还早呢，吃过饭去也不迟。”结果顾客愤然离去。象这类因语言障碍而影响交际的事，在我国各地时有发生。我国幅员辽阔，人口众多，语言繁杂，各地方言之间差异很大。社会的发展呼唤我们大力推广普通话，促进语言规范化。我们是未来的接班人，普通话和我们的祖国一样，在国际上有着越来越显著的地位。普通话，它成了联合国六种工作语言之一，成了香港、澳门同胞以及外国朋友学习的热门语言。它已不仅仅是沟通的需要，它还代表着中华民族的繁荣与昌盛。它让我们骄傲，它让我们自豪，它让我们在外国人面前扬眉吐气!
当然，推广普通话并不是要消灭方言，而是要在会说方言的基础上，还要会说普通话。说普通话四海同音，写规范字九州一体。普通话是全国通用语言，对于国家统一，民族团结和经济腾飞具有重大意义。广泛规范地使用普通话已成为我们每个人的责任。
四海同音，万众一心。说好普通话，联通你我他。五十六个民族，五十六枝花，五十六个兄弟姐妹是一家。五十六种语言汇成一句话——车同轨，书同文，言同语，普通话，规范字，华夏后裔共同的声音和文字。记得都德在《最后一课》中写道：在国土沦陷，人民就要做亡国奴时，小弗郎士的老师冒着生命的危险，给大家上了最后一课，他用异乎寻常的激动语调说：“法语是世界上最美的语言。”在这里，我要说：“汉语是世界上最美的语言，它是中华民族的声音，让我们四海同音，万众一心。
”再此!希望全体工作人员积极行动起来，从我做起，从现在做起，带动身边的亲人做起，使普通话成为我们生活，工作的主要交流工具，让我们利用普通话和谐融洽地融入矿区这个美丽的大家庭!我的演讲到此结束，谢谢各位领导和嘉宾的聆听!
20xx年x月x日，华康小学会议室坐满了全体教师， “师德在我心”演讲比赛在这里隆重举行。
比赛在学校领导的关心下，在全体教师的支持和积极参与下，达到了预期效果，通过此次活动，让教师更加深入地了解到教育教学的真正含义，也在一定程度上诠释了自己的价值观，人生观。同时，演讲比赛的开展还提高了教师的演讲能力，丰富了教师的课余生活，为教师施展才华搭建了一个良好的平台。为弘扬师德，树立榜样，总结经验，更好的开展工作，现将活动情况简要总结如下：
成功之处：
一、准备工作做得很充分,使比赛进行得非常顺利。首先各科组进行初赛，推荐代表，再参加全校的决赛。
二、演讲稿内容充实，大多数符合比赛要求，教师的演讲各具特色，话语朴实，事迹感人，深深吸引了在座的全体老师。
三、参赛教师在工作繁忙的情况下，他们挤时间，写稿、背稿，精心准备，对这次比赛给予了高度的重视。
四、比赛严格按照各项程序进行，体现了“公平、公正、公开”的原则。由党支部和工会策划、组织，会前布置、指导，写，并工会主席担任主持人。
五、经过紧张激烈的角逐，教师们较好的展现出了个人的风采，比赛过程中台上台下一样的热情洋溢，这充分反映了我校教师良好的精神风貌。
不足之处：
这次活动准备时间不长，个别参赛选手演讲稿准备仓促，临阵磨枪，不能完全脱稿。

今天我要演讲的题目是：自律走向成功。
学生时期，你在交作业和考前争分夺秒;总说要减肥，却发现没时间去健身房;总说要读书，结果书买回来塑料都没拆……
你开始问自己：我的时间呢?都去哪了?!你的时间，全都在你的“不自律”中，悄悄溜走了……
斯坦福大学的心理学教授沃尔特.米歇尔找来一些四岁大的幼童，把孩子自己留在一个房间里。然后他告诉四岁的孩子们，“我要给你一颗棉花糖，在十五分钟之后我会回来。如果我回来的时候这颗棉花糖还在这儿， 你会另外再得到一颗。”
门关上之后... 三分之二的小孩把棉花糖吃了。 五秒，十秒，四十秒，五十秒， 两分钟，四分钟，八分钟。有些孩子坚持了十四分半。然而，三分之一的四岁孩子，就已经懂得成功最重要的原则——“推迟享受”的自律能力。
十五年后，研究人员找到这些已经是十八、十九岁的小孩们。 他们发现百分之百沒有吃棉花糖的小孩全部都很成功。这实验结论表明：即便是孩子，那些有自律精神的孩 子。
现实生活中，每个人想要获得成功，想要这种成功能够持续，那么无论这种成功是源于学业、事业或是生活，都需要付出，需要我们始终如一日地坚持做正确的事，这也就是深到骨子里的自律，它是帮助我们获得成功的最重要因素。
诚如作家梅尔在《好习惯，坏习惯》一书所说的那样：“你的每一次行动都会在你的脑中形成思维定式，你做的次数越多，思维定式就越根深蒂固。”只有反复地做正确的事，才能建立起铁一般的自律精神，才能走向成功。
自律指的是让你的想法决定你的行为，而非你的情绪。即使在最初的热情褪去后，仍然继续完成一个想法。只有自律，才能走向成功。希望成长以后的你依旧懂得自律，自律是成功的不二法门!

合规，在6个月之前，对我来说，还是个很陌生的眼。在安庆信合干校培训时是我第一次接触到这个词。那时，我也是似懂非懂的，只是依稀记得老师说，金融行业是个高风险的行业，合规很重要的，要严格遵守各项制度，要能抵挡得住诱惑。
而当我正式入社实习时，领导和前辈们的言传身教让我对合规有了感性上的、具体的一些了解。比如：“现金收入先收款后记账，现金付出先记账后付款”，“一日三碰库”、“大额换人复核”、“离柜退屏，收章锁箱”等等。刚开始，我认为这很麻烦，耽误时间。我带着我的困惑问师傅，师傅说，这是规定，是必经的手续和程序。我长长的“哦”了一声也没再问下去。我知道，至此我对“合规”的概念依然还是懵懵懂懂的，只知其然而不知其所以然的。
令人欣慰的是，这次恰逢总行举办以“合规从我做起”为主题的是演讲比赛并有幸参加，这帮助我对合规文化的了解有了新的更为理性、更深层面的认知，心中的许多疑惑也顿时豁然开朗。因为，为了能写好演讲稿，逼得对“合规”知之甚少，又缺乏实践经验的我，不得不去多方查阅相关书籍，上网了解相关介绍。
从中我了解到，原来，所谓“合规”，根据银监会《商业银行合规风险管理指引》，指的是“使金融机构的经营活动与法律、规则和准则相一致”。简单的说，“合规”包含着两个层次的涵义：一是“合格”的“规”;二是大家都要“符合、遵从”这个“合格的规”。而合规文化就是在全员的主动合规和自觉的合规意识基础上形成的一种企业文化。我们也常听到“十案九违规”，金融风暴的一些教训，这些都告诉我们防范金融风险，合规风险管理是至关重要的。合规是我们必须直面应对和认真深思的既重要而又紧迫、既现实而又长远的课题。作为支农主力军的农村商业银行，我们正在不断深化改革，努力向一流金融机构进发。那么要实现稳健经营，稳步发展，良好的合规文化无疑是必备条件。哦，原来师傅们早已将合规的理念执行于每笔交易中、每天的言行举止中，根植于每天的工作习惯中了。我恍然大悟!如今这些微不足道的“习惯”也深深的感染到我，我想其中的受益是不言而喻的。
其实，它也是一种习惯，一种在日常工作中慢慢养成的习惯。是的，播种一个行为，收获一个习惯，培养一种态度，造就一股敬业的精神，实现不一样的人生境界，成就不同的企业发展高度，我想这就是合规文化的力量吧!
的确，良好的合规文化不仅可以提高我们九华的声誉等无形资产价值;也可以增强银行的持续竞争力。良好的合规文化，不仅保护干部员工少犯错误，激发员工奉献价值;而且可以吸引更多优质客户，赢得新老客户的回报价值，提升企业的品牌影响力。严谨的合规思想，良好的合规文化，较强的合规风险管理能力，可以使我们英明的决策者，根据企业自身的风险偏好，及时做出正确的抉择，为企业的长远发展奠定坚实的基础。
作为一名新员工，我深深地感受到合规文化建设的要求，于我而言，真是“路漫漫其修远兮”，任重而道远!今后务必加强业务知识学习、提升合规操作意识。“没有规矩何成方圆”，身为网点一线员工，切实提高业务素质和风险防范能力，全面加强柜面营销和柜台服务，是我们临柜人员最为实际的工作任务。作为临柜人员，我深知临柜工作的重要性，因为它是顾客直接了解我行窗口，起着沟通顾客与银行的桥梁作用。因此，在临柜工作中，我始终坚持要做一个“有心人”。虚心学习业务，用心锻炼技能，耐心办理业务，热心对待客户。务必增强规章制度的执行与监督防范案件意识。正确办理每一笔业务，认真审核每张票据，监督授权业务的合法合规，严格执行业务操作系统安全防范，抵制各种违规作业等等，做好相互制约，相互监督，不能碍于同事情面或片面追求经济效益而背离规章制度而不顾。坚持至始至终地按规章办事。
孔子曰：“吾日三省吾身”。最后，我希望自己除了做到务必加强业务知识学习、提升合规操作意识;务必增强规章制度的执行与监督防范案件意识这“两个务必”外，我还希望自己能做到“两个坚持”：坚持每办完一笔业务记得提醒自己，我合规了吗?坚持每天下班记得问问自己：今天，我合规了吗?
各位老师、同学们：
大家好!今天我演讲的题目是成功源于自信。
自信是成功之基这句话曾经深深地振憾着无数人的心，曾经传遍了五湖四海，曾经无数次地激励着人们前进，曾经得到了亿万大众的认可，这是为什么呢?为什么简单的七个字曾经走遍全世界呢?让我告诉你，因为这是铁铮铮的事实，因为这是不可辩驳的格言，因为这是千古不变的人间真理。
让我们摸摸自己的脑袋想想，在生活中这样的例子俯拾即是。想当初，爱因斯坦是一个被大家公认的低能儿，他不但不曾灰心丧气，仍坚信天生我才必有用，一直努力不懈，最终成为了著名的科学家;爱迪生也曾经在实验中一次又一次地失败，但他没有放弃，相信自己，最后发明了灯泡;还有海伦凯勒，她小时候因生了一场大病，接二连三地丧失了正常人应有的能力，变得又聋又瞎又哑。在这种情况下，因为她有乐观的人生态度，她挺过去了，不仅成了著名的教育家，还帮助许许多多像她一样的儿童。
在一次又一次的困境中，爱因斯坦若是不自信，那么他将一辈子是大家口中的弱智;爱迪生若是在他耳聋时丧失信心，那么他将永远是一个一事无成的懦夫;海伦凯勒若是在病后消极堕落，没有对人生以自信，那么她将只能默默忍受上天给她的这一切不公平的命运。
无数事例证明，人生需要自信，拥有自信，方能成功。
同学们，让我们敞开自信的心扉，用我们的双手去创造美好的明天，让自信之心充满全中国，让自信之声响起来，让自信之手挥动起来，让自信的风帆扬起来，让我们在困境中，听到心灵的呼唤，听到响亮的声音，看到挥舞的千万只手，看到飘扬的船帆，提高我们的信心吧!
这一个星期我们学校进行了一次演讲比赛,一共有九个人代表班级去参加演讲比赛,哦,听了这个开头,聪明的你一定会猜到这九个人一定有我,好吧既然你已经猜到了那就不用我多说了,下面我就来好好说说这一次演讲比赛,大家听完后也一起来谈谈自己的感想吧.
演讲比赛的稿件当然是要拿来背的,可是背书可是我的弱项,所以在这之前我们班的黄老师就让我背了好几次,几次我都背得疙疙瘩瘩的可是黄老师仍在支持我,经常激励我于是我对自己充满信心,虽然几次都背错了,可我依然不灰心天天别人在玩的时候我都在背所以在几天内我都把那篇文章背得滚瓜烂熟了,可我还是太胆小,黄老师于是在演讲的前一天对我说:"你要胆大一点,明天到台上就靠你自己了.''我听了就在原来的基础上又增加了一些有趣的动作,这下我对自己更有信心了.
今天我们就开始了演讲比赛,我是第八个,我看者前面的同学演讲得那么好,心又开始紧张起来,不过我对自己说:你能行.又看了看演讲稿满怀信心得走上到了台上,心里还在说:你一定要为班级争光,不能给班级丢脸.终于轮到我了,我走上去立刻就介绍了自己,我望了望下面心又开始砰砰直跳,背了好几天的稿件好象没有背过一样的怎么也想不起来了,我又看了看我们班的同学们我想我不可以给班级丢脸的,我们班的三十三个同学把希望都寄托在我的身上呢,我不能,不可以`````
不知道哪里来了一股力量,使我把所有的东西全记起来了,于是我便和往日一样流利大声地背了出来,背完后我深深一鞠躬,走下了台.
这一次演讲比赛我得了第三名,二等奖,但我还没有满足,我还要继续努力争取在下次的比赛中得第一名.

大家好!我叫王##,来自河南省平顶山市卫东区五条路小学五年级一班。前段时间,我的作文《照顾有病的姥爷》在共青团平顶山市委及学校少先大队组织的“把我的幸福告诉你”征文大赛中获得国家级奖,而且要到首都北京领奖,当我得到这一消息时,心情激动万分!这个好消息迅速传遍了整个校园,老师和同学们都为我感到骄傲与自豪!
今天,我站在这里,愿和大家一起再次分享我的幸福。这次征文中的内容是我真实的生活写照:我的妈妈美丽善良,她是姥爷最小的女儿,也是最孝顺的,她时常教育我要对老人和他人有爱心。她为姥爷洗尿布、买营养品时总带着我,要我从小就懂得孝顺父母是儿女的.天职,在潜移默化中我懂得了付出永远比索取幸福。
妈妈很爱自己的父母,姥爷姥娘病重时她不怕脏不怕累,打针喂药,到医院护理,从未嫌麻烦,正因为妈妈是姐妹中最小的,所以我就有了同龄人没有的经历,同龄人的爷爷奶奶们都年轻,而我的姥爷却很老了,感谢上天给了我童年和妈妈一起伺候痴呆姥爷的机会,让我从小懂得了奉献是一种幸福,也感谢学校老师和妈妈对我的爱心教育。等我爸爸妈妈老了的时候,我一定也会像今天的妈妈一样做一个孝顺的乖女儿。
这次获奖也许是我接近文学、热爱文学的一道飞虹,从小学二年级起,我就开始练笔,开始阅读一些文学作品,可我怎么也没想到会在我魂牵梦萦的首都北京领奖,其实获奖并非我的最大愿望,我向往北大、向往清华,更想当一名作家,用自己的故事打动天下的儿女,让他们和我的妈妈一样谱写中华民族孝道的华美乐章!
感谢我们五条路小学如春风化雨般的教育,使我懂得了如何做人,也感谢这次征文活动给了我倾诉幸福的机会,我将把这一美好时刻永远铭记在心,谢谢大家!

下午好!
首先，我代表局领导班子和全体干部职工向在座的各位领导、各位评委及参与组织演讲比赛的工作人员、所有选手表示衷心地感谢!并向获奖选手表示热烈地祝贺!
国庆节来临之际，我局举办了这次以“创省级文明单位，建新型和谐机关，庆国庆60周年”为主题的演讲比赛，一是为了纪念新中国成立60周年;二是为了扎实推进“创省级文明单位，建新型和谐机关”活动，是不断活跃机关氛围，提升干部职工思想境界，深入开展学习实践科学发展观活动一个有效载体。
刚才认真倾听了大家声情并茂的演讲，主要有三点体会：
一是演讲主题昂扬向上，富有时代气息。大家紧扣活动主题，结合当前的国情、区情、局情，结合财政工作实际和自身的经历感受，引经据典，博古论今，抒发爱国情感赞颂民族精神，讴歌祖国建设取得的巨大成就，展望财政改革发展的美好明天，选手们激情昂扬，会场高潮迭起，观众们倍受感染，演讲效果很好，这是一次精彩的演讲，成功的演讲。
二是演讲内容丰富多彩，抒发了财政干部职工的心声。参加这次演讲的，绝大部分是我局的中层干部，他们既是业务骨干，也是财政部门的中坚力量。他们的演讲，有的从全局着眼，回顾历史，剖析现实，展望明天，在讴歌祖国建设丰功伟绩的同时，也阐述了当前我们面临的复杂的国际国内局势，表现了财政干部职工对祖国深诚的祝福;有的从工作实践出发，提出了财政工作面临的新情况、新问题，号召全体干部职工迎难而上，与时俱进，拼搏创新，争创一流。我从中深深体会到了财政干部职工识大体、顾大局、爱岗敬业，为…财政事业做贡献的一片真情。
三是演讲活动组织周到，保证了比赛达到预期目的。各位参赛选手对这次活动高度重视、认真准备，在工作之余投入了大量时间和精力。有关工作人员，积极筹备，精心策划，密切配合，通力协作，保证了比赛的圆满成功。我认为，这次演讲比赛，既活跃了机关氛围，又锻炼了干部的演讲才能;既丰富了大家的业余文化生活，又提高了机关干部的综合素质和语言表达能力，这种主题实践活动，今后我们还要多组织几次，不断推动机关建设向学习型、文化型、服务型转变。
同志们，希望大家以这次活动为契机，进一步总结经验、加强学习，深入持久地开展自身思想素质建设，为我区财政事业的全面发展做出自己新的贡献。

大家好，我叫~~，是~~镇实验小学五年级一班的学生。
今天我演讲的题目是《与经典为友，伴幸福同行》。听“子曰：学而时习之，不亦说乎?有朋自远方来，不亦乐乎?人不知而不愠，不亦君子乎?~~~~”这是我们~~镇实验小学的学生在诵读国学经典。
听着抑扬顿挫的诵读声，感受着温馨的校园文化，体验着中华经典文化的博大精深，圣人语录伴我们在~~镇实验小学茁壮成长，圣人的学习态度值得我们学习和借鉴。
“三人行，必有我师焉。”这句话包含着一个广泛的道理：能者为师。在我们日常生活中，每天都要接触的人甚多，而每个人都有一定的优点，值得我们去学习。
就说我吧，虽然语、数、英三科都很厉害，总是名列前茅，但我也有弱项。记得有一次跳绳比赛，学习成绩比我差的同桌竟然也能达到规定要求。看着她跳得身轻如燕，我羡慕极了。我真想拜她为师，可是一向争强好胜的我，哪好意思问呀!最后，没办法了，为了跳绳达标我只好硬着头皮走上前去请教她。没想到，学习不怎么好的她，教我跳绳的方法一套又一套，说得头头是道。真是名师出高徒，在她的耐心指导下，我的跳绳成绩居然达标了。
通过这件事，我明白了一个道理：每个人都有自己的长处于短处。我们要以别人的长处来加以学习，取长补短。而在现在的生活中，总有些同学由于自己的自满情绪不断地滋生，遇到一些自己不懂、不会的问题，往往碍于面子，任其藏在心头，最后造成自己对于知识的空洞面越来越大。其实，这种态度和观念是非常“危险”地，必须“悬崖勒马”。就如孔子所说：“敏而好学，不耻下问。”更何况“人无完人，金无足赤”，如果没有“不耻下问”的精神，长大后又如何具备“宰相肚里能撑船”的伟大胸襟呢?山之所以高，是因为它从不排斥每一块小石;海之所以阔，是因为它积极地聚集好一点一滴不起眼的水。若想具有高山的情怀和大海的渊博，就必须善于从平凡的人身上汲取他们点滴之长。海纳百川，有容乃大。
我赫然发现国学经典竟是一个用之不尽、取之不竭的智慧之源，她如云飘逸，如柳柔细，如水清澈、如友相伴。我相信，她一定会随着优雅的韵律缓步铺展，将其智慧的光芒穿透历史、跨越时空、历久弥新。我庆幸，开展国学经典诵读活动，让我们有幸走进国学经典，使我们的校园充满了浓浓的书香。这浓浓书香浸润了我们，让我深深感受到，我们是幸运的、幸福的。
国学的经典，华夏的辉煌，成就了伟人的不朽，缔造了民族的昌盛。国学文化，是华夏民族的灵魂，是炎黄子孙的精神脊梁!与经典为友，伴幸福同行，经典是我成长的道路上最好的朋友。让我们一起诵读经典，接受经典的熏陶吧!
