大家早上好！今天我演讲的题目是《蓄势待发，全力以赴》。
距离中考还有5天，再过5天，初三的学长学姐们就要踏上中考的考场，为自己的梦想作最后的冲刺。三年来，你们用辛勤的汗水谱写了青春的篇章，所走过的每一步，都是成功必不可少的保障。没有失败的理由，只有志在必得的信心。承载的梦想、肩负的希望，在六月化为前进的力量。不退缩、不彷徨，不让自己留下遗憾。
三年或许很长。但是人的成长就像一棵树，总要经过播种、浇水、施肥，日复一日，年复一年，最终才能成为坚忍不拔，枝繁叶茂的参天大树。正所谓养兵千日，用在一时，中考将见证你们的辉煌。相信在中考过后，所有的奋斗、努力和拼搏，换来的'是沉甸甸的收获、满满的行囊。
三年中，你们也许经历过挫折和困难，受过批评和指责，曾经哭泣，曾经难过。但是风雨不能阻挡奔跑的坚强，因为一分耕耘一分收获。大家可曾听过一首歌《向前冲，为了梦》，歌词中写道：“向前冲，为了梦，突破极限的感动，超越自己就成功。画出勇敢的彩虹，拼搏为了永恒的光荣。”
初三的学长学姐们，决战的狼烟已经点燃，冲刺的战鼓已经擂响，用你们的实力捍卫自己的荣誉吧，用行动超越自己，冲过终点成就梦想！
在这里，我代表初一初二的全体同学衷心地祝愿初三的学长学姐们：中考顺利、为分校再创辉煌！

我们常常不知道自己该做些什么。
曾经的梦想变得越来越模糊，我们不知接下来该怎么办。
或许看了下面3分钟的故事，你会有所启发。
一只新组装好的小钟放在了两只旧钟当中。
两只旧钟“滴答，滴答”，一分一秒地走着。
其中一只旧钟对小钟说：“来吧，你也该工作了。可是我有点担心，你走完3200万次以后，恐怕便吃不消了。”
“天哪，3200万次。”小钟吃惊不已，“要我做这么大的事?办不到，我办不到。”
另一只旧钟说：“别听他胡说八道。不用害怕，你只要每秒‘滴答’一下就行了”。
“天下哪有这样简单的事情。” 小钟将信将疑的说，“如果是这样的话，我就试试看。”
小钟很轻松地每秒钟“滴答”摆一下，“滴答”再摆一下，不知不觉中，一年过去了，它摆了3200万次。
励志感悟：
每个人都希望梦想成真，成功却似乎远在天边，遥不可及，倦怠和不自信让欠怀疑自己的能力，放弃努力。
其实，我们不必想一月、甚至一年之后的事，只要想着今天我要做些什么，明天我该做些什么，然后，努力去完成，就像这只小钟一样，每秒“滴答”摆一下，成功的喜悦就会慢慢浸润我们的生命。
