一、指导思想

以园部提出的"服务、发展、创新、育人"为目标,进一步解放思想、更新观念、提高素质、增强水平,不断提高服务意识、服务水平和服务本事,努力做到善解人意、和蔼可亲、热情大方、和谐欢乐。

二、主要任务

1、加强作风建设、提高服务水平。

认真学习园部关于作风建设活动计划,转变观念、提高认识,深刻理解加强作风建设的重要性和必要性。认真参加园部组织的各项学习,关心时事、了解时政、理解时局、信任政党,养成多读书、读好书、多看报的良好习惯。提高自身的服务意识,做到微笑服务、爱心服务、耐心服务,让家长、幼儿真正感受到教师的服务热情,不断提高服务水平。
