妈祖庙
清光绪年间，海南省有位游方道人吴华存游遍海南诸岛，寻访炼丹修身之处，最终看中了蜈支州岛的风水，欲在此结庐而居，炼丹修身。此事，被当时的崖州知府钟元棣获悉，随即他也来到蜈支州岛，看到如此美丽的小岛和绝佳的风水后，他认为这块宝地不应为个人所用，理应造福于民。于是他制止了吴道人的行为，由州府集资在岛上修建了一处庵堂，取名“海上涵三观”，供奉的是中国方块汉字的创造者仓颉，这在国内是非常少见的，理应在海南的文化史上书上一笔。建庵时间史公元1893年，距今已有100多年的历史。清政府倒台后，庵堂无人管理，渔民不知所供何神，遂推倒塑像，改奉自己的航海保护神妈祖。原建庙宇早已坍塌破败，1993年岛屿的开发建设者又将其重建。
情人桥

金龟探海
在蜈支洲岛东南的观日岩下，有一天然形成的巨石如一只巨大的海龟，头、甲等都清晰可辨，尤值得称道的是，在整块巨石的左前方有一露出海面的条状长型岩石，当海水袭来，犹如海龟用脚在划水，动态逼真，仿佛一只巨大的海龟期望回到自己的故乡，正缓缓爬向大海，故称“金龟探海”。
蜈支洲岛情人岛
情人岛，是经历了千百年潮起潮落洗礼却依然矗立、静静相望的两座大石。传说是古时人们为了纪念一对因相恋而被恼怒的龙王变成石头的痴情恋人而起名的。如今这里成了蜈支洲岛的一大景点，是青年男女耳语、听涛的好地方。
生命井
据三亚志记载：相传以前，有一户渔民靠出海打鱼为生。有一天突遇台风，父子三人落水，凭着船板，经过几天的挣扎，在饥饿、口渴难耐时三人漂到了蜈支洲岛的沙滩上，突然看见离沙滩不远处有一小水洼，三人得救。后在岛上安家，并在水洼处挖出一水井取名“生命井”，供过往出海打鱼的渔民使用，一直沿用至今。

在蜈支洲岛西侧，沿海边地形修建了木质走廊和平台，可以沿着走廊观看蜈支洲岛清澈的海水，这一带因为礁石比较多，所以可以看到很多螃蟹在礁石上“行走”，如果运气好，在平台上还可以看到成群的热带鱼。
观鱼平台
蜈支洲岛海水清澈，在码头平台上可以观看到五颜六色的热带鱼在水中嬉戏，一群群的热带鱼在水中游动，场面甚为壮观，如果运气好还可以看到比较名贵的青衣、石斑鱼等，让您领略大海的神奇世界。
